A bit of Kaggling

思い立って、Kaggle に入ってみました。実際に手を動かす作業は楽しい。相当遠い場所にいますが、今年は、Master をまずは目指してみよう。 現在は、SpeedML Package を利用してデータの分析をするところ。座学だとモデル、とか損失関数が、とかだけど、扱うデータを理解し、整えるという部分が最初の難関。

Google Earth Engine で遊ぶ

 ふと、Google Earth Engine で遊びたくなり、Amazon で本を購入する。 意外に選択肢が少ないのと、値段が高いのと。 手頃なところで、Google Earth Engine for GIS and Remote Sensing Analysis をポチリ読んでみる。いまいち重複が多いのと、内容が浅めで、これで 7704 JPY は少し高い感じ。ただ概要を確認するためには役立つかも。 実行環境について Google Earth Engine Code Editor Javascript クイックに試すのであればこれ。 Google Colaboratory Python or Javascript こちらもクイックに試せるが、可視化には folium など、多少覚えることが多そう。 Python Development Environment 一番ハードコア。 多種多様なデータとマッシュとかできるのだろう。
